**What the charity does:** In 2015, we became a registered Scottish Charity (SC 045827) with a remit to support food and cooking workshops and provide educational resources. Classes and events are held reaching hundreds of individuals and families from every corner of the community. Working with groups to help them develop skills to make affordable meals on a budget, has always been central to our community work with both practical classes and a bank of online recipes available to access on the Ayrshire Food Hub You Tube Channel. Our emergency meal provision has continued in response to the cost of living crisis, with 1000 homemade nutritious meals produced at our Hub each month for local food larders. As a registered Fare Share distributor we also supply our community with near sell by food from supermarkets. Both initiatives provide a much valued service to individuals and families with health or financial difficulties.
