**What the charity does:** The purpose of the charity is to provide a recreational facility which delivers activities with the aim of improving the conditions of life for whom the facility or activities are mainly intended.  In furtherance of this objective the Group is also responsible for the management, promotion and the development of Glencroft Community hall and the promotion, coordination and development of Glencroft Community Hall and the promotion, coordination and development of community activities within Glencroft Community Hall, and the adjoining park (Kings Park).

**Objectives:** 2. The association's objects are: a) To provide a recreational facility and activities with the aim of improving the conditions of life for whom the facility or activities are mainly intended. b) In furtherance of this objective the Association will be responsible for the management, promotion and development of Glencroft Community Hall and the promotion, coordination and development of community activities within Glencroft Community Hall, (hereinafter referred to a GCH) and the park itself (Kings Park-hereinafter referred to as the Park).
