**What the charity does:** Young Crown aims to expose as many children, young people and their families as possible to the Christian faith, focusing on the teachings of Jesus and their significance in all stages of life. It seeks to nurture the faith of those who voluntarily engage further and emphasizes living to serve, bless, and care for one another with humility, respect, and generosity. The project&#x27;s origins trace back to Crown Church&#x27;s Kirk Session on October 1, 2014, which commissioned a group to explore the creation of a youth or young families worker position. In January 2015, a significant portion of the Crown Kirk Session&#x27;s  day conference focused on the group&#x27;s findings, with insights from a guest youth worker. Financial pledges from the congregation and a &#x27;Giving Day&#x27; event helped fund the initiative. The consensus was that the Kirk Session should not be the employing agency to ensure the vision&#x27;s commitment, outreach effectiveness, and management. Consequently, &#x27;Young Crown SCIO&#x27; was establish
