**What the charity does:** The Peterhead & District Mens Shed has been established to promote general well being, continuing education and healthy lifestyles for retired men and other people who are looking to use their time constructively and enjoyably.  We plan to do this by setting up a location or 'sheds' where people can engage in creative enjoyable activities and meet, chat with others. Various Government NHS Health and volunteer groups in our community have identified a strong need for something like this.

**Beneficiaries:** 'Older People','People with disabilities or health problems'

**Objectives:** The purpose of the organisation is to provide recreational facilities and advance the social needs, health and well being of men of all ages and backgrounds living in Peterhead and surrounding areas
