The charity brings together people of all ages, abilities and social backgrounds to develop confidence in performance through music, drama and dance. Throughout the year, members meet weekly for rehearsal, working towards an annual public performance. The charity has a particular focus on encouraging participation and involvement amongst people living in some of the economically poorest communities in and around the Glasgow area. To this end, particular effort is made to hold local workshops and performances in these communities whenever possible.

Objectives: To organise recreational activities for members of the public in order to reduce isolation and to improve well-being and confidence. and to bring together people from different social, generational, cultural and religious backgrounds. Activities are primarily intended for people who have need of them by reason of age, ill health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage. and for members of the public. To advance the arts and culture by encouraging the appreciation and performance of music and drama.
