Postcode Earth Trust has a mission to support appreciation of the natural, creative and built environment through activities that promote awareness and understanding. The Trust supports charities and good causes with those purposes through grant funding. Postcode Earth Trust operates its own society lottery and receives all of its funding from the players of People's Postcode Lottery. As more players join People's Postcode Lottery, more funds are distributed to Postcode Earth Trust and made available for the Trust to award to good causes.

Objectives: The Company is incorporated for charitable objects and purposes only with the intention of providing public benefit in Scotland or elsewhere, and in particular the Company is established to promote: 3.1 The advancement of education. 3.2 The advancement of citizenship or community development. and 3.3 The advancement of the arts, heritage, culture or science.
