Objectives: To advance the health of adult residents in West Dunbartonshire by establishing a self-improvement support network using community based therapeutic gardening resources and education activities for the relief of those of need by reason of age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage that experience mental health issues. We will engage the most vulnerable in our community whose self-belief and confidence limits their view of life leading to isolation and ill health.
