Tlierefore a decision yras niade by I'rustees to dissolve tlie charity, i)otice Uras then sent LO Office of th¢ Scottisli Charity Regulator with notice io dissolve. The aninials were trdnsported 2nd balanee l)eld within th¢ bank at closui'e of £13,222 then ii'ent to Willoupg Animal Sanctuary & Animal Agslsted Therapy Unit - SC029625. This charity is loially dependent on donations, legacies and grants from benevolent organisations to keep their centre runniiJg- There ilias also a reniaii)ing grant amount of £l.100 ivhich Mias sent back lo Weir Cliaritable Trust. A visit was made to the bank in order to receiiie bank sial¢m¢nts and ¢losing statement a charge of £50.00 was taken. The liidependent Exaniin¢r was paid to end of charity.
