Objectives: 4. The Organisation's Purposes are: 4.1 The prevention or relief of poverty by helping the unemployed find work, and providing training and re-training opportunities, 4.2 To advance the education of, provide training for and otherwise assist those in need in Scotland to enable them to obtain paid employment. 4.3.
