## **Dundee Kings Theatre Trust SC045471  - Chairman / lead Trustee Report.** 

For repor�ng period to 31/03/2024 

The charity has 3 Trustees. No substan�ve ac�vity has occurred in the repor�ng period with excep�on of a few call and Trustee in person mee�ngs . This is in light of con�nuing compe�ng demands notably domes�c caring du�es and health level affec�ng all trustees. 

The Trustees do not intend closure of the Trust as we try to seek new members and supporters with more �me and capacity than we currently have. Our ac�on plan for 2024 with hoped for increased assistance from the below , failed to gain trac�on but will be carried through to 2025 

1. the UK Theatres Trust  www.theatrestrust.org who have been in contact to offer advice and support 

2. team who we met and were promised some form of further ac�on.
