Constitutlon The Rarth Rover5 Community Foundation {RRCF) is govemed by rts Constitution which was gdopled by putAic meeling on the 12 June 2014. The Raith Rovers Communrty Foundation IRRCFI was reg*lered as a charity on 10 March 2015 and from this date is constrtutionally 9ovemed as a Scottish, Charitable Ing)rporaled Org8nisatson ISCIO). Appolntm•ftt of Trugtoo• RRCF is managed by a Commrttee of Trusteés consisting of not less than four and not mor• than nine eligib18 members. one of whom must be nominated by the Board of Raith Rovers Football Club. The Committee of Trustees appoint four officers, namely, Ch3iry)erson, Vice-chairperson. Tre•surer and Secretary All members of al least one years standing are eligible to be nominated for the cnmIttee of Trustees and Twslees who have served on the Committee for at least one year are eli9ible lo be nominated for the post of ChairFerson. All trustees are eligible for re-election wrthout bar. Ttre Trustees have a delegated power of Covoplion and right of appointment of additional Trustees. Member•hlp Membership is open to those who have an interest in furthering the purposes of RRCF and who •re over 16 years of age 8nd one nominated representative from the Board of Rarth Rovers Football Club. Employees of RRCF are not eligible for membership.
