**What the charity does:** Our purpose is to distribute funding for the benefit of residents, voluntary groups and businesses within the Dalry Parish Boundary. Grant applications can be submitted by the aforementioned people  for any of the objectives listed on our website. The trustees discuss and consider each application on its own merit and ensure that funds awarded are for purposes that align with the aims of the Trust.

**Objectives:** shall be used to promote, advance and further the following charitable purposes:  the advancement of education the advancement of health the advancement of citizenship or community development the advancement of the arts, heritage, culture or science the advancement of public participation in sport the provision of recreational facilities, or the organisation of recreational activities, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the persons for whom the facilities or activities are primarily intended the advancement of environmental protection or improvement any other purpose that may reasonably be regarded as analogous to any of the preceding purposes. Funds shall not be used for political or religious purposes.
