D&G LGBT Plus exists to improve the well being, inclusion, and visibility of LGBT people across Dumfries & Galloway. We provide person-centred support through 1 2 1 wellbeing sessions, peer groups, and safe social spaces that reduce isolation and build confidence. Our team delivers outreach across rural communities, ensuring people can access support wherever they live. We run training, awareness events, and community programmes that challenge stigma and promote equality. Through partnerships, volunteer development, and nature-based wellbeing activities, we empower individuals to thrive and strengthen the wider community.
