Our support includes crisis intervention, casework, counselling, and advocacy, alongside practical assistance such as a food bank and fuel vouchers. We run a weekly Conversation Caf\u00e9 and a monthly Community Breakfast, creating safe spaces to reduce isolation and stigma. Our empowerment projects\u2014including sewing, cooking, crafts, and financial literacy\u2014help survivors rebuild skills, confidence, and independence.
