The task of preparing these has been 8 long and labonous task as the previws board were not fvlly Cowoperalive in the process. Our main objective has b8en to gel the charity back to a safe legal & constitutional basis whilst tying to keèp il running on a daily basis. This prccess is ongoing but has proved wgnifi¢anUy mre challenging than envisaged. We are in the prccess of advising the regulator regarding some matters by separate report and will await advice on same. The oharity is n¢)w operating legalty, consthrtKJnalty and safety.
