**Objectives:** The objects of the Hall are to promote the benefit of the inhabitants of the parish of Reay (the area of benefit) by advancing education and providing facilities and activities in the interests of social welfare for recreation and other leisure-time occupation with the object of improving the conditions of life of the said inhabitants.
