This period has continued to present considerable challenge as we have failed to enlist further trustees.
Our Local third sector have attempted to assist and also been unsuccessful.
The organisation has had no activity for a considerable period and the remaining trustee’s only role is to submit this report before the deadline expires.
Our Bank account has been closed due to no activity and no outstanding balances.
The organisation has no assets and no debt.
In the situation we have no income or expenditure accounts to publish.
Our named trustee has had limited time to contribute and is frustrated that due to regulations we cannot dissolve the business under current conditions. This has been explained to OSCR but they must follow the regulations and appear unable to assist further.
The trustee indicates he will be unable to continue the role thru the year and is unable to confirm his resignation thru the current system.
Given the requirements to dissolve the SCIO and the lack of new trustees we cannot continue to report the non-operation of the organisation and seek a decision or acceptance from OSCR that these submissions have no value and are unsustainable in the circumstances.
