**Purposes:** &#x27;the provision of recreational facilities, or the organisation of recreational activities, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the persons for whom the facilities or activities are primarily intended&#x27;,&#x27;the relief of those in need by reason of age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage&#x27;

**What the charity does:** The purpose of the Charity is to bring genuine benefit to the group of people that would be considered suitable beneficiaries, that is, people with life threatening illnesses, mainly children but on occasion young people and adults where appropriate. The nature of the benefit will cover a large variety of acts and gestures. Examples, but not an exhaustive list, would include ticket provision for concerts, theatre performances, sport events and game shows including &#x27;meet and greet&#x27; occasions with the &#x27;stars&#x27; where available. Additionally, outings and gatherings which will enable the children and families to come together and enjoy an eventful day as a group.

**Objectives:** 4.1 to provide recreational facilities or organise recreational activities with the aim of improving the conditions of life for people with terminal or life threatening illness, mainly children but from time to time young adults and adults may be included.  4.2 to bring relief and enjoyment to those with life threatening or terminal illness, mainly children but from time to time young adults and adults may be included.  4.3 To bring relief of those in need by reason of age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other  disadvantage.
