The charity's purpose is to to relieve need, marginalisation, financial hardship, sickness, disability, the effect of physical or psychological wounds or other like conditions by the provision of community-based resources and assistance to members and former members of all ranks and ratings of the armed forces of the Crown and their spouses, widows or widowers and dependant children and to assist in the re-integration of such beneficiaries into the wider communities of Scotland and other local environments and to provide centres for the promotion of these charitable objects. The Charity works with veterans at the point of needing assistance with issues surrounding mental and physical health, homelessness, housing, pensions, benefits support, employment and training, woodwork and bike maintenance workshops, adventurous activities, vans for furniture uplift, removal or recycling, friendship and camaraderie.

Objectives: 5.1 to relieve need, marginalisation, financial hardship, sickness, disability, the effect of physical or psychological wounds or other like conditions by the provision of community based resources and assistance to members and former members of all ranks and ratings of the armed forces of the Crown and their spouses, widows or widowers and dependent children and to assist in the re-integration of such beneficiaries into the wider communities of Scotland and other local environments. and 5.2 to provide centres for the promotion of these charitable objects for the purposes of:- 5.2.1 offering practical and psychological support which encourages activities that help to integrate beneficiaries into civilian life. 5.2.2 providing welfare, educational and employment support to beneficiaries. 5.2.3 improve the health and financial literacy of beneficiaries. 5.2.4 providing family support for beneficiaries including assistance with access to child care provision, partner support networks and groups. 5.2.5 providing a meeting place where conversation and companionship are encouraged. and 5.2.6 providing a place where beneficiaries can speak to a chaplain/padre and have their spiritual needs listened to and supported.
