**What the charity does:** AMUK is established to promote a thoughtful and reasoned understanding of Islam, drawing on the scholarly tradition of Imam Hamid al-Din Farahi, Amin Ahsan Islahi, and Javed Ahmad Ghamidi. The focus is on their methodology of study and interpretation rather than on fixed viewpoints.
