**What the charity does:** Our holistic approach is designed around making Scotland a fairer and more accessible place to live by breaking down barriers which can often exclude disabled and neurodiverse people. Through ??????????, ????????????????????, and ??????????????????, we deliver projects including SurfABLE Scotland - Scotland's first adaptive surf school offering surf adventure, SwimABLE Scotland - structured swimming lessons to school-aged children with a diagnosis of disability or cognitive impairment.  Friendly Access has a successful reputation on delivering collaborative projects, which respects and works in partnership with organisations and adults, young people, children and their families. We have proven policy writing experience working both independently and co-productively to a high standard.

**Objectives:** 4.1 to advance education of both service providers and service users to create greater, better understanding and acceptance of individuals and with hidden disabilities.  4.2 to advance human rights, conflict resolution or reconciliation and eradicate discrimination for individuals with hidden disabilities. 4.3 to promote equality  and diversity
