**What the charity does:** All Roads Lead to Whithorn is a community development charity in Whithorn. Our mission is to revitalise the town socially, economically and culturally by harnessing local heritage and community effort to create opportunities and improve wellbeing for residents. We have done this by taking on the mothballed New Town Hall, refurbishing it and providing a modern community hub offering meeting spaces, study carrels, events and activities. We provide facilities such as an affordable &amp; accessible gym and a bunkhouse for visitors, walkers and cyclists as a community led tourism venture. We have run successful community programmes such as free lunches, drop ins and events. We promote local economic development and sustainable tourism &amp; work with local businesses charities hosting festivals and markets. We have delivered community led affordable housing to help local families stay in our town and improve their living conditions. We have also developed  paths supporting health &amp; wellbeing

**Objectives:** The company?s objects are: (a) To promote the history, heritage and culture of the town of Whithorn and to advance the education, understanding and appreciation of the public about these, using various media (b) To create, foster and organise public events in Whithorn, which promote its heritage and culture (c) To promote the well-being of the people of the Royal Burgh of Whithorn and District Community Council area and to assist those who are socially and economically disadvantaged in this community (d) To increase community participation in public events and to build skills and community capacity. to promote civic pride
