agreement of the Board at a quorate meeting of the Board. The process
is for a Board member to nominate an individual and then to have the
Board vote on the nomination. A simple majority of members p￿sent is
needed for a new Trustee to be recruiled. The prctesses are set OLrt in
dauses 53 to 79 of the Constrtution.

2023-24 was the tenth year of operation of The Reward Foundation
(TRF). Our work was focused in several areas:
Sustaining the financial viabilty of the charity by applying for
grants and through commercial trading.
Developing relations wlth potents'al Collatsoral￿ in Scoljand and
around the through netsvorking.
Building a national and intemational profile to make TRF a
creditAe '￿10, organisation for people and organisalions needing
support in the field of intemet pornography ham) awareness, as a
way of furthering public understanding of building resilience to
stress.
Increasing our reach and impact by gradually moving our servlces
from a model of face-to-face delivery lo a model using modern
¢ommunKalions te¢hnolc*Jies.
Extending our web and social media presence lo build our brand
among audiences in S￿lIand and around the wortd.
Undertaking training and development activrties to raise the skill
levd5 of the TRF team to ensure that they o)uld deliver these
diverse work streams.

pom(YJraphy industy. One was in the ioumal First Monday, a rnnthly peer-reviewed open access academic
joum81 covering researth on the Inlemet. based at the unive￿Ity of Chicago. The other was in Dignity.. A
Joumal ofAnalysis of Explortafron and Violence, based at the un￿ersty of Rhode Island. Additional peer-
reviewed research is in preparation.

During the year TRF continued to fealure in the media. appearing on L8C Radio in London and in print in The
Epoch Times. We also achieved a 45-minute interview as part of the Bnts'sh Thought Leaders senes on
Epoch TV.
The programme offering free lesson plans on porwraphy and sexting for use in sChc￿lS moved Into its
fourth year. The Reward Foundation now provides 21 individual lesson plans across seven lesson themes.
They are diversity friendly. Three lessons are on sexting and four on pomography. Tho lesson plans aro

unchanged from last year.

We donated a totsl of 362 hours of free training to a total of 420 people.
