**What the charity does:** The Stove Network (TSN) is an arts and community organisation that uses arts and creativity to enable communities to vision, create and enact new futures for themselves and their places. At the core of our mission is an understanding of arts not as something solely for an ‘arts audience’ but rather as a vital contribution to society on all fronts. Our work seeks to engage with the widest possible range of people on issues relevant to their lives in ways that can make a lasting difference and support community visioning/planning and delivery for new initiatives that promote and develop wellbeing and sustainable local futures.

**Objectives:** The Company's objects are: 6.2.1 to promote the arts, including drama, dance, music, literature, poetry, painting, film making, photography and sculpture and other art forms and areas of artistic endeavour, and in particular (but without prejudice to the generality of that aim) with a view to the involvement of local communities within the Community. 6.2.2 to collaborate and form partnerships with individuals or organisations to benefit the Community through the arts. 6.2.3 to support community initiatives within the Community using the arts. 6.2.4 to use the arts to promote the benefits of social welfare of the inhabitants of the Community, without regard to age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnership, race, religion and belief, sex and sexual orientation. political, religious or other opinions. and 6.2.5 to promote best practice and advance policy around creative community arts for the benefit of the Community.
