The charity's Iruslees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance
with Ihe terms of the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scollandl 2005 Act and the
Charities Accounts (Scollandl Regulations 2006 las amended). The charity trustees
consider that the audit requirement of Regulation 1011) {d} ol the Accounts Regulations
does not apply. It is my responsibility lo examine the accounts as Tequired under section I
44111 {c) ol the Act and to state whether pafliGular m8ttefS have come lo my allenlion.
Basls of Independent My examination is caiiied out in accordance with Regulation 11 of the 2006 Accounts
examlnerfs statement ': Regulations. An examination includes a review of Ihe accounting recoids kept by the
char¢ty and a comparison of the accounts presented wilh those records.11 also includes
consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts and seeks
explanations from the Iruslee5 concerning any such mallers. The Procedu￿5 undertaken
do not provide all the eviden￿ that would be required in an audit and. consequently, I do
not express an audit opinion on the view given by the accounts.
