The church promotes the Christian faith while extending compassion and practical support to the less privileged and disadvantaged within the local community. Its ministry encompasses worship, teaching, prayer services, and a wide range of outreach activities, including conventions, evangelistic services, seminars, and other church programmes designed to share the gospel and strengthen believers. Through these efforts, the church seeks to build a spiritually vibrant community rooted in love, service, and Christian principles. A key part of the church’s mission is to empower individuals and families across all ages and backgrounds. This includes dedicated programmes for women, men, and youth, as well as initiatives that provide relief to those in need. The church offers pastoral care, prayer support, home and hospital visitations, and social support during life’s most challenging moments, such as bereavement, childbirth, and single parenting.

Objectives: The ministries objects are: for the benefit of the public of Edinburgh and surrounding areas:- a). to advance the Christian faith (in accordance with the statements of belief and mission statement appearing in the schedule) through having a place for worship and gathering for worship and the holding of prayer meetings, lectures, public celebration of christian festivals, producing and/or distributing literature to enlighten others about god and the church of Jesus Christ and b) to relieve sickness and financial hardship and to promote and preserve good health by the provision of funds, goods or services of any kind, including through the provision of prayer, counselling and support.
