**What the charity does:** Our charity is dedicated to enriching the Inverness community by providing and maintaining allotments. We aim to improve the quality of life for residents, especially those who can benefit most due to their age, health, or financial situation. We believe access to green spaces and gardening is vital for social welfare, improving mental health and providing physical wellbeing.  We achieve this by: Creating recreational opportunities: We offer a space for leisure and relaxation through gardening. Promoting education: We advance community knowledge of horticulture and agriculture. Building community: We organize social events and encourage volunteerism, fostering a sense of belonging and shared purpose. Protecting the environment: We promote sustainable and eco-friendly gardening practices to preserve the land. Through these efforts, we help create a healthier, more connected, and environmentally conscious community.

**Objectives:** 4. i. For the benefit of the Inverness community to provide, or help in the provision of, facilities in the interest of social welfare for recreation and other leisure-time activities generally. but specifically to provide or assist in the provision of, allotments with the objects of improving the conditions of life for the said community generally. but in particular those who have need of such facilities by virtue of their youth, age, infirmity, disability, poverty and social/economic circumstances.  ii. To advance the education of the said community concerning the sciences of agriculture, horticulture and related subjects, and fostering an interest in all aspects of the aforesaid subjects.  iii. To promote community development by encouraging the said community to participate and co-operate in the activities of the association.  iv. To advance citizenship and promote volunteering, and in particular through encouraging the participation of volunteers in relation to the improvement and maintenance of the allotment area.  v. To advance community development and knowledge of horticulture in the locality by organising regular social events.  vii. To conserve, preserve, protect and improve the land worked on by encouraging environmentally friendly activities.
