Trustees and Administration Details
Kingdom Ambassadors International Fellowship (UK) (also known as KAIF-UK) was established as a Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation and recognised as a charity in Scotland (No. SC044856) on 14[th] May 2014. It is governed by its constitution.
The structure of the organisation consists of the Charity Trustees who are also the organisation’s only members and comprise the organisation’s Board. Trustees are appointed by the Board.
The charity is affiliated to the Kingdom Ambassadors International Fellowship in Fiji.

The Objects of the Charity
The organisation’s objective is to advance the Christian religion for the benefit of the public in accordance with the Statement of Fundamental Truth (as stated in the constitution of Kingdom Ambassadors International Fellowship in Fiji).
Annual Report of the Trustees
Since its establishment, KAIF has conducted visits to a number of churches around the UK. Visits focused mainly within the Fijian Military families to encourage them and support them to understand the message of the Kingdom of God.
The church believes that by disseminating the message of the Kingdom of God and helping people to understand the message and embrace it, then change and improvement will take place. Improvement in attitude and family values can also be maintained. It helps empower and equip them spiritually, to be responsible for their families, in their work and helps them integrate within the society, in which they live.
The church also believes that this is the ultimate solution to problems faced today by many. Many problems occur among families who have transited into the UK from Fiji. These vulnerable and inexperienced young families often encounter culture shock of all sorts. This has often led to marriage breakdown and children usually become the victim of these problems.
Other problems that were evident included people being discharged from their work, who then found themselves in between the law and the struggle to survive.
In a few cases these problems have manifested in imprisonment which in turn has led to deportation back to Fiji. These are the outcomes of culture shock and people do not seem to understand how to tackle this.

The church believes that it has a moral obligation to target this audience first and then move on to other groups to spread the message of the Kingdom of God and carry out other duties as appropriate.
During the year visits were made to encourage those who have encountered marital problems and to provide counselling. In some cases, we have had to step in and provide accommodation to those that have been thrown out by the authorities, as a result of these problems.
Below are where combined meetings and gatherings took place during the year:

We hold regular meetings on the first Wednesday of every month.
Visits also included prayer and intercession on Friday evenings and fellowship sessions and meetings on Saturday culminating with a church service and teachings on Sunday.
The charity benefited from the use of sound equipment, kindly lent by a member family for use at meetings and services.

I report on the accounts of the charity for the year ended 31[st] March 2025.
Respective responsibilities of trustees and examiner
The charity’s trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the terms of the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005 and the Charities Accounts (Scotland) Regulations 2006.
The Trustees consider that the audit requirement of Regulation 10(1) (d) of the Accounts Regulations does not apply. It is my responsibility to examine the accounts as required under section 44(1) (c) of the Act and to state whether particular matters have come to my attention.
Basis of independent examiner’s statement
My examination is carried out in accordance with Regulation 11 of the Charities Accounts (Scotland) Regulations 2006. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also includes consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts and seeks explanations from the trustees concerning any such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be required in an audit, and consequently I do not express an audit opinion on the view given by the accounts.
Independent examiner’s statement
In the course of my examination, no matter has come to my attention
- which gives me reasonable cause to believe that in any material respect the requirements:
• to keep accounting records in accordance with Section 44(1) (a) of the 2005 Act and Regulation 4 of the 2006 Accounts Regulations, and
• to prepare accounts which accord with the accounting records and comply with Regulation 9 of the 2006 Accounts Regulations have not been met, or
- to which, in my opinion, attention should be drawn in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.

In addition to the funds held at the bank, the church also owns equipment worth £210.
At the end of the year, it had no liabilities.
