The trustees are responsible for the preparation of the a¢￿UnIS in accordance with the temis
of th8 Charities and Truste88 Investment (Scotland) Act 2005 and the Charities Accounts

my responsibility lo examine the financial statements as required under Section 44{1) (c) of
the AGt and to State whether particular matters have come to my attention.
Basls of Indopondent examlnorf8 $tat•mont
My examination was camed out in accordance with Regulation 11 of Th8 Chariti88 Accounts
(Scotlandl Regulations 2006. An examination includes a review of the accounting record8
kept by the charrty and a compari80n of the a¢￿UnIS presented with those records. It also
includes consideration of any unusual items or di8cIo8ures in the accounts, and seeks
explanations from the trustees concerning such matters. The procedures undertaken do not
provide all the evidence that would be required in an audft, and consequently I do not express
an audit opinion on the account8.
Indop•nd•nt examln•e• Jtatsment
In the course of my examination, no matter mme to my attention:
1) which gives me reasonable cau8e to believe that in any material respect the

to keep accounting records in accordance with Section 44 {1) (a) of The
Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Ad 2005 and Regulation 4 of the

Regulation 9 of the 2006 Accounts Regulations
have not been met, or

to which, in my opinion, attention should be drawn in order to enable a proper
understanding of the accounts to be reached.
