Objectives: 4.1 to help individuals of all backgrounds in Cambodia who are born with a cleft, enabling them to achieve their innate potential, integrating and contributing to the society in which they live 4.2 to utilise international and local expertise in collaboration to establish and support interdisciplinary teams for the treatment of cleft lip, palate and craniofacial anomalies, thus ensuring wider support and care for individuals beyond the provision of primary surgery 4.3 to develop the provision of non-surgical cleft care, including speech and hearing, dental and orthodontic treatment, to support all surgical providers in Cambodia to broaden the support and care available for the people they treat 4.4 to provide training and support for local Khmer personnel, and long term ?in country? foreign allied health professionals involved in cleft care, ultimately improving the sustainability of future care in Cambodia for people with oro-facial clefts
