Charitable activities Our vision is to contribute to a more inspired, united and enriched world. Our mission is to advocate, nurture and champion Black people working in the performing arts, screen and event sectors in Scotland. Why? We believe our sectors are richer when all people are represented and included. To stand out. Through our initiatives, we seek to develop the premiere professional development programme for Black creatives whilst facilitating exciting emerging talent which will contribute to a vibrant cultural ecosystem representative of Scotland's diverse voices. Be United’s Creative Programme is comprised of two distinct strands: 1. Musical and Performance Development 2. Professional Development and Employability

Objectives: 4. Purposes, Area of Benefit & Beneficiaries 4.1. The organisation is established for charitable purposes only, and in particular, the objects are: 4.1.1. to organise recreational activities with the object of improving the conditions of life for the persons for whom the facilities or activities are primarily intended: Create extracurricular engagement for communities that do not have existing programs or opportunities Build community spirit and new friendships. and 4.1.2. To advance citizenship and community development through a peer Leadership Program: Build confidence in each individual participant Up-skill young people to be more employable and suited for leadership roles and community development. and 4.1.3. to promote racial harmony by creating an international Exchange Program: ? Give participants opportunities to travel regardless of their wealth ? Educate through experiences of different cultures ? Combat issues of racism and intolerance ? Create long lasting relationships with people from other countries and cultures.
