Report of the Independent Examlner
I report on the financlal statements of the Yetholm Hlstory Soclety for the year ended 30
September 2025, whlch are set out on page l.
Responslbllltles
The Trustees are responsible for the preparatlon of the accounts. It Is my responslblllty to
examine the accounts, and to stste whether partlcular matters have come to my attention.
Basls of Independent Examlnees Report
My examlnatlon was carrled out under Regulatlon 11 of the Charities Accounts {Scotland}
Regulations 2CK16. 1 have rewewed the accountlng records and compared them wlth the
financlal ststements. I have consldered items and disclosures in the accounts and obtsined
the explanations th* I needed from the Trustees. The procedures undertsken do not provide
the evidence needed in an audit and, consequently. I do not express an audit opinion on the
flnancial statements.
Report
No matter has come to my attention thatgives me reasonable cause to think that the Soclety
has not kept accounting records that comply with the 2(M)6 Regulations, or has not drawn up
accounts that match those records and meet the Regulations. No matter has come to my
attention to which, in my opinion, attention should be drawn to enable a proper
understsndin8 of the financial ststements.
