**Objectives:** The organisation's purposes are: 4 .1 The preservation, restoration and conservation of St. Nicholas Church in the parish of Holm, Orkney for the benefit of the public in general. The provision of facilities for the improvement of the quality of life for the people of Holm, Orkney.
