Carnwadric WIN Project exists to uplift our community by empowering individuals through inclusive support, meaningful engagement, and tailored volunteer development. We focus on creating opportunities for people of all ages and backgrounds—especially those from ethnic minorities and ASN communities—to grow, connect, and thrive. Through strategic partnerships, bespoke volunteer roles, and a commitment to fairness and collaboration, we foster confidence, skills, and a sense of belonging. Our work is driven by measurable outcomes and a deep belief in the power of people to shape positive change.

Objectives: The organisation is established for charitable purposes only, and in particular, the objects are: 1.To advance health through supporting and enabling vulnerable parents and carers who are struggling with life issues such as addiction, budgeting and parenting skills. Also to advance health through improving self-esteem in vulnerable children by increasing skills and confidence through drama and music. 2.To advance citizenship and community development through increasing skills and confidence of vulnerable parents, carers and children thus enabling them to more positively participate in their community.
