Objectives: 4 The organisation is established for charitable purposes only, and in particular, the objects are the relief of those in need by reason of financial hardship by supporting unemployed women back to work. 5 The area within which the organisation shall operate (in this constitution referred to as the “Area of Benefit”) shall be Scotland. 6 The organisation shall promote (but not exclusively promote) its activities and delivery operation to women from the area of benefit who are financially disadvantaged and unemployed. These people will be the organisation’s beneficiaries.
