Strurture, Governan￿ and Management
Risk Management
The trustees have a duty to identify and review the risks to which the
charity is exposed and to ensure appropriate controls are in place to
provide reasonable assurance against fraud and error.
Type of governing body
The organisation was set up in 2012 and recognised as a Scottish charity
with effect from December 2013. The organisation is administered in
accordance with the terms of the constitution.
Trustee recruitment and appolntment
The trustees were appointed on the establishment of the charity and have
changed at various AGM'S and will be available for re-election in
accordance with the constitution.
