FtNANCIAL REVIEW
Financial position
The charity generated a sutplus of £2.677 (2023 - £3.419 deficit) for the year. As of 31 De¢¢mbcr 2024 we
had £nil (2023-£4,596) in restricted funds and £21.408 {2023- £18.371) in unrestricted funLts.
Reserves Policy
The cbarity has considered the rescrv¢s required and have taken into account their current and fvture
liabilities. The trusttts aim to maintsin free reserves in unrestricted funds at a level which equates to
approximately three months of unrestricted charitable expenditure. The trustees consider that thÉs level will
provide sufficient funds and cnsure that support and governance costs are covered.
FUTURE PLANS
Our aim is to continue lo strengthen th¢ organisation in several ways for 2025. We will activcly seek
Corporate partners to enable us to deliver our message and it is our inlentson to grow our two main events.
Thc SWIS Awards and the SWIS conference. We will at ways to support those NGB'S who wish to
incrcase their gender balan¢¢ in all areas of sport and look to access grant funding to deliver some new
events.
