	To provide an out of hours transport service free of charge to any NHS department in Scotland. Primarily NHS Lanarkshire and NHS Ayrshire and Arran
	We have provided an out of hours transport service to NHS Lanarkshire since February 2014, covering all weekend and public holiday dates. In addition, We have also provided a 24/7 service when as requested by NHS Lanarkshire and Ayrshire in response to the covid 19 pandemic operating up to 13 vehicles per day throughout the year (mostly on loan to us ) We have continued an additional service in Ayrshire delivering cancer medicine to patients at home and supporting the labs service (also during the covid 19 pandemic)

APPENDIX 1 Achievements and performance eet

Summary of the main achievements of
the charity during the financial period

The charity had started using a loaned car and motorcycle. Since last year
the fleet has shrunk and its getting a lot older. We are mostly still using
loaned vehicles and have had some costly repairs to our older fleet.
We have funded our direct costs and service by volunteer led fundraising
activities. And donations. Most of our fundraising activities have ceased
during this period with difficulty in engaging volunteers and accessing
funding . we have been supported by NHS Lanarkshire and Ayrshire in
terms of insurance and fuel.
We feel there has been some occasions during our 9th year of service
where really struggled post pandemic with lack of engagement and
funding as well as managing an increasing workload
The charity now still provides a 7day service to both Trusts

Financial review

Brief statement of the charity’s policy on reserves Details of any deficit Donated facilities and services (if any)	We try to ensure that we have minimum reserves to provide a 4 week service without any further income. We have not maintained this reserve throughout this fiscal year. The lack of volunteer engagement and therefore fundraising had a dramatic effect on the charity throughout the year but agreement with the NHS trusts has kept the charity on the road.
	We had a large operating loss this year.
