Friends of Willowballk School (FOW) is maintained in accordance
with its constittitioll as adopted 01123rd October 2013. FOW is an
unincorporated association overseell by an elected mallagement
committee who are currently all trllstees.
Trustee recruitment and appointment
All management con]mittee members are elected fi'ojn the wider
]nembers steering group which is made up of parentslguardians,
teachers or familylfriends of pupils of Willowbank School.

Objectives and activities
Charitable purposes
FOW exists principally to advance the education of the children and
young people who attend Willowballk School and siipport orgallise
and develop social & iecreational activities for the children alld
youllg people alld tbeir faillilies. To relieve the need of tbe childrell,
young people and their families and to do all other th￿gS tbat will
attain these puryoses without bias to race, creed, gelldei alld actively
promotill8 equal opportunities.

held at Willowbank School, bas provided specialised equipment for
the needs of the children at Willowbank school to enhance their
