We continue to support the Responder Group, supplying uniform and equipment as required.
The group continue to provide support for the Scottish Ambulance Service in responding to 999 Calls.
In 2025 the group in support of 999 calls, carried out 1432 hours and responded to 476 calls.
We also have volunteers responding as Cardiac Responders from home started late I the year but already around 50 calls. (These calls are cardiac arrests.)
We continued with the PAD initiative, helping to place PADs in the Forth Valley Community. 2025 saw us help place 9 PADs within the community. We also placed 9 in Mobile Emergency care Vehicles.
For the PADs that we manage (111) they were deployed 133 times, being used 3 times.
The Responder Group has also been providing CPR/Defibrillator training for the community groups. In 2025 we had over 500 attendees.
The Trustees can confirm that they are satisfied the charity has spent its funds in accordance with the mandate from the Charity Constitution and we can confirm that the charity has operated within its overall remit in the ever continuing challenging times.
