Our Mission The Ethiopia Medical Project (EMP) is dedicated to supporting healthcare facilities and communities in Ethiopia by providing resources, education, and funding. Our primary focus is on improving maternal health, combating and treating the neglected and preventable disease of podoconiosis, and supporting the industrious staff who serve the people so faithfully.

Objectives: The relief of severe uterine prolapse and advancement of health in rural Ethiopia. a) To provide support and assistance in the treatment and care of women suffering from severe uterine prolapse in rural Ethiopia. b) To preserve the health of the patients at the Buccama Clinic in Ethiopia by providing and assisting in the provision of equipment, facilities and services ancillary to those provided by the small, medically trained team of Franciscan Sisters. c) To promote and protect the physical and mental health of sufferers of severe uterine prolapse in rural Ethiopia through the provision of education, support and practical advice. d) To further the continuous professional development and morale of the Clinic staff through training and financial assistance
