The Trust was set up by William Whyte and was recognised as a
Scottish charity with effect from 28 June 2013. The Trusl is administered
in 8ccordance with the terms of the Trust Deed.
Trustee reerultment and appolntment The trustees are the original trustees and were appointed on the
establishment of the trust. Appointment and removal is in accordance
with the Trust Deed and requires a majority agreemenl of the existing
trustees

Charltable purpose8
The purpose of the charily is to support other charities whose purposes
include the prevention or relief of poverty,. the advancement of education
religion and health, the saving of lives.. the advancement of arts.
herrtage, culture and science,. the advancement of public participation in
sport and the relief of those in need by reason of age, ill health,
disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage. Any other purpose
that may be regarded as analogou5 to any of the preceding purposes.

in relatlon to these objects
During the period donations totalling £33.669 were received. A further
£49,622 was received from trading in the provision of used fishing gear.
This resulted in £83,291 being available lor use in the Trust's charitable
activrties.

During the period the charrty paid out grants and donations totalling
£110.819 to various charrtable Causes.
Financial review
Brlef stalement of the charlty's pollcy The unreslricted funds represenl income not yet utilised in supporting
on reserves
charitable activities. At 31 March 2025 the Trust held £7,360 at the bank.
The Trustees intend to maintain a minimum level of reserves at the
current level and to provide future charitable support from income
received.
