Lawrence, and was recognised as a Scottish Charitable Incorporated
Organisation Wkth effect from 1Ph June 2013. The SHF Is administered in
ae¢ord8n¢e with the Constitubon. It has a twln-ler structure.

Trustees are appointed by the Board from Professional Members. who are
reglslered with the Complementary and Nalural Healthcare Council

where they consider the person has the knowledge. skills or experieiKe

provision of free or a5SlSted hypnotherapy sessions to those members of
society who would benefrt from Professional Hypnotherapy but would

conjunction with other health care professionals through th8 provision of
clinical hypnoih8rapy- (c) the advancement of education, training and
research into the development and promotion of excellence in regulated

To increase this activity th8 Foundation had introduced a Therapist
Reimbursement Scheme, to enable members lo offer these services more
widely. This has had lo be temporarily suspended due lo restricted income
opportunities during the COVID pandemic.
Continuous Professional Development Opportunities were also limrted due
to suspension of the annual SHF Conference. A programme of short
online workshops is proposed which includes=

PTSD
Stress Management.
Two Board Members are now enrolled in training to allow the roll out of the
PVG Registration Scheme with DisdosL¢T8 Scotland.

fvnds are distributed as follows..

speufically for subsmlising therapy lo those in need In accordance wllh
our object￿eS.

The charity incurred a def*ll of £1252 mainly because the COVID
pandemic reduced the charty's ability to generate funds from training and
an annual conference.

My examination Is carrled out in accordance with Regulation 11 of the Charitles
Acc o u n I s Iscollandl Regulatv)ns 2006. An examination includes a review of Ihe
accounting records kept by the charty and a comparison of the aC￿UnIS presented wlth
those recor(Js. 11 also indudes conslderalion of any unusual items or disclosures in the
accounts and seeks explanations from the trustees conceming any such matters. The
