Brief statement of the charity’s policy — The Trustees recognise the importance of maintaining adequate on reserves reserves to ensure the financial stability of the charity and to enable it to manage risk and respond to unforeseen circumstances. White & Givan aims to hold unrestricted reserves equivalent to a minimum of three months’ operating costs. This level of reserves is considered sufficient to meet ongoing commitments, manage short-term cash flow fluctuations and support continuity of activity. The Trustees review the level of reserves regularly as part of their financial oversight and in line with the charity's strategic plans and operating environment.
