Fairlie Communi rts Club- SC044009 Year ended 31 March 2024 Inde endent Examiner's Re ort to the Trustees I report on the accounts of the charity for the year ended 31 st March 2024 which are set out on pages 3 & 4. Respective responsibilities of trustees & examiner The charity's trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordan wrth the terms of the Charities & Trustees Investment (Scolland) Act 2005 and the Charities Accounts {Scolland) Regulations 2006. The charity trustees consider that the audit requirement of Regulalion 10(1) (d) of the Accounts Regulations does not appfy. It is my responsibility lo examine the accounts as required under section 44{1 } of the Act arKI to state whether particular matters have come to my attention. Basis of independent examlnefs statement My examination is carried out in accordance with Regulation 11 of the Charities Accounts (Scotlandl Regulations 2006. An examination includes a remew of the aOUnts.ng records kept by the charty and 8 companson of the aco)unts presented with those records. It also indudes consideration of any unusu81 items or disdosures in the accounts and seeks explanations from the truslees conwning any such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be required in an audit, and consequently I do not express an audit opinion C the view given by the £cunts.
