We provide direct advocacy and casework, supporting individuals and families to navigate services, challenge decisions and access appropriate treatment, housing and mental health support. This is frontline work that secures real outcomes. We also strengthen recovery communities through national events and partnerships, making recovery visible and reducing stigma. Alongside this, we influence policy and public understanding by using lived experience and evidence to advocate for a system that prioritises recovery, not just maintenance.
