||Abroad range of items aregenerously donated to the shop. Stock is<br>rotated regularly and there is always something different for<br>customers to<br>buy.We offera low costway ofbuying clothing, books, footwearandan<br>extensive array of exciting miscellaneous items. The shop entrance and||
||shop floor is accessible to all.<br>We try our best to recycle asmuchas possible and sometimes pass<br>unsold goods on toother charity shops in larger, nearby towns. Items of<br>value oftengo to specialist shops, local antique dealers and auctions,<br>where theyearnmoremoney thanwould be collected in the shop.<br>Likemany charity shops, there are certain itemswe cannot ac eptfor<br>safety, hygiene and legal reasons. Wecan only acceptgoods that are<br>clean and fit forpurpose to ensure that they are in the best co dition for||
||their next owner.<br>The shop profitsgo back into thecommunitythrough our Grant scheme.<br>We have two grant allocations in the year— inJune and in Detember.<br>Volunteer opportunities are available to anyone from 16yrs to<br>very old —<br>there isno upperage limit-wages being a chocolate biscuit<br>and acup of<br>tealWe have a Volunteer Outing during December, often to s€e a local<br>pantomime andtohave supper. There are regularVolunteer<br>Meetingsand<br>Trustee Meetings held throughout the year.<br>The shop is not only aboutbuying and donating.
