I report on the accounts of the charity for the year ended 31st August 2025.

The charity's Iruslees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance
wilh the terms of the charib.es and Trustee Investment Iscouandl Act 2005 and the
Charities Accounts (Scotland) Regulab"on5 2[￿6. The charity trustees consider that the
audit requirement of Regulation 10111 lal to {el of the Accounts Regulations does not
apply. It is my responsibility to examine the accounts as required under section 44(1) Icl
of the Acl and to stste whether particular matters Iwe come to my attention.

My examination is carried out in 8ccord8nee with Regulab"on 11 of the Charits'es Accounts
IScotJantJl Regulations 2006. An examination includes a review of the accounting records
kept by the charity and a comparison of the acLounls presented with those records. 11
also includes consideration of any unusual items or disdosures in the a¢¢oun15 and
seeks explanats"on5 from the trustees concerning any such matters. The procedures
undertaken do not provide all the e￿den￿ that would be requI￿d in an audit, and
consequenuy I do not express an audit opinion on the view given by the ar£ounts.

reasonable cause to believe that in any material respect the requirements..
. lo keep accounting record5 in accordance with Sedion 44111 lal of the 2005 Act and
Regulation 4 of the 20[6 Accounts Regulations, and
. lo prepare acwunts which accord with the aC￿Unting reoNds and Mmply wlth
Regulab'on 8 of the 20C6 Accounts Regulabons have not been met, or to which, in my
opinion, att¢nb'on should be drawn in order lo enable a proper understanding of the
accounts to be ￿￿hed.
