The charity's trustees are responsible lor the preparation of the accounts in accordance
Ath the terms of the Charities and Trustee Investment Iscollandl 2005 Act and the
Charities Accounts (Scotlandl Regulations 2006 las arnendedl. The charity trustees
consider that the audit requiremenl ol Regulation 10111 Idl of the AccoLJnts Regulations
does not apply. It is my responsibilily to examine the accounts as required under section
44111 Icl of Ihe Act and to state whether particular matters have come lo my attention.
My examination is carried out in accordance with Regulation 11 of the 2006 Accounts
Regulations. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the
charity and a cornparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also includes
consider81ion of any unusu81 items or disclosures in the accounts and seeks
exp18n*ions from the Iruslees conceming any su¢h matters. The procedLJres undertaken
do not provid$ all the evidencè that WOLJld be reqUI￿d in an audit and, consequently, I do
not express an audit opinion on the view given by the accounts.
