changed its legal from to a SCIO. The assets of the unincorporated aSs￿latIon were transferred to the SCIO o

Charity Trusteeship is open to any person a8ed 18 or over.. and or any individual who has been nominated for
membership by an unincorporated organisation.. andlor any corporate body who subscribers to the purposes
organisation and wishes to see them fulfilled.

We have seen anoiher slight fise in F*ople needing our help, up 38 from lasl year. We afe still using £20 vouct*rs for
people wilh special diets rf we can't meet their needs.
A donation of £l.(hJ) was given to the Church towards rent for Pr￿ldIng '50UPS UP,.
Funds spent on food costs was £19.321- an increase of £7.028 from prewous year.
An extremely busy year - we gave out 1.276 food parcels, feeding 1,780 people Including 360 children.
Income for the year totalled f 14,087. Total expenditure for same period wa5 £26.859 resulting in a deficit of £12.772.
Rese￿e5 held at year end were E68.838 of unfestricted funds.
Resefves PoliLy
The Trustees aim to retain 3 months worth of normal rvnning costs in order to meet commitment5 and to covty any
unexpected expenditure. This arnounts to £6.715 which is comfortably covered by the free re5er¥es held.

Unrestricted funds are those that may be used at the dI￿retIOn of the trustees in furtherance of the objects of the
charity. The trustees maintain a single unrestrirted fund for the day-to-day running ol the SCIO. During the ye
